Service Description
Yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body strengthening and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion. Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. Choose between one to one sessions or group sessions arranged with your friends or work mates at a time that suits you. Sessions will take place at your Location or Online Via Zoom. Alternatively outside In warmer months such as along the beach or fields and parks. I've had customers enjoy Yoga and Pilates with me up on the downs such as Devils Dyke near Brighton or Stanmer Park, stunning views to either sunsets or sunrises. Corporate Yoga and Pilates for businesses and staff: I work with Roedean School delivering Yoga to staff members during lunch breaks and some evenings after their work day is complete, typically more calming sessions. In the past I have worked at hotels and hospitals again to relax and re-energise staff.
